Best Premier League Kits 25/26: Latest Rankings
The EPL season is well underway, and all 20 clubs have released their home, away, and third jerseys. In this post, we rank the five best premier league kits in the 25/26 season based on design and concept. Check out these threads!
5. Newcastle (Third)

Adidas decided to go with a callback to the 1997-98 Newcastle side managed by Kenny Dalglish. That team’s away kit featured a similar navy blue base with vibrant orange and green accents. The Magpies’ third kit looks like a modernized version, lacking the off-center striping but maintaining the retro-style crest. Talk about nostalgia.
4. Everton (Home)

Everton’s home kit for the 2025/26 season is inspired by its new home, the Hill Dickinson Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock. The Toffees are taking a break from their traditional patternless royal blue shirts. Kit designers Castore added wave-like patterns all over the shirt to represent the River Mersey, which flows underneath the new stadium.
3. Sunderland (Third)

Created by Hummels, Sunderland’s third kit draws inspiration from the club’s nickname. It’s a shame that we won’t get to see the Black Cats wear this jersey more than a few times, because it's one of the best-looking EPL kits of the season. Featuring a "blackout" style design, it uses a dark, patterned base composed of a mandala of 11 stylized cats. Let’s not forget the “cat eyes" on the back neck, creating a sleek, dark aesthetic.
2. Liverpool (Home)

It took 13 years, but Liverpool has finally partnered with Adidas again. And it was some comeback. The Reds' home jersey retains the simplicity of the classic red and white design we’ve come to associate with the club. Its strawberry-red base and clean, retro design are reminiscent of the late 2000s. Of course, there are the classic Adidas three stripes on the shoulder. This is one for the minimalist.
1. Arsenal (Third)

Sleek, beautiful, and artsy are some of the words that came to mind when trying to describe Arsenal’s third kit. To celebrate 20 years since the final season at Highbury, The Gunners tasked Adidas with creating something special—and the latter knocked it out of the park. Inspired by the stadium's Art Deco architecture, it features an off-white base, a classic polo collar, and a vintage embroidered cannon crest. Definitely one of their best creations yet!
